Join Mondi Paper Sales as a Logistic Coordinator
Are you ready to take responsibility for the smooth flow of goods across an international supply chain? We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator to manage and optimize warehouse operations within the MPS (Mondi Paper Sales) environment.
In this dynamic role, you will ensure top data quality in SAP, coordinate with internal and external partners, and help drive continuous improvements in our logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Completion of shipments (trucks / vessels)
- Monitoring of Electronic data interfaces between Mondi and external partners
- Maintenance of freight cost accruals, transport invoice approval
- Determination and definition of routes and transport zones
- Stock takes/reconciliations of external warehouse
- Support Logistics Manager in coordination and execution of yearly stock take activities in external warehouses
- Being the first contact to our 30+ warehouses
- Ensuring highest system data quality
- Daily co-operation with Customer service, Sales, Mill logistics and Process development teams
- Participation in projects / initiatives to constantly improve services within supply chain activities
Our Requirements:
- High Analytical Skills
- Communication Skills
- SAP skills
- Business Warehouse / Business Object systems Skills - beneficial
- English- fluent level both in verbal and written form – any other language is a plus
- Communicative Team Worker, ability to work with strict deadlines and attention to details
- Self-dependent and Time Management oriented
- Calm and controlled under pressure
- Being pro-active, efficient and target orientated
